How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of your subscription.
Do you use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx for Shipping?
We use USPS for shipping. Your puzzle will show up in your mailbox or doorstep from the United States Postal Service.
Shipping return rentals - How do I ship back my puzzles?
Shipping Simplified: Puzzles conveniently arrive and return through your mailbox with a return bag included in your order. No need to leave the comfort of your home.
When will you ship my order?
We ship all orders the business day following your rental. (Monday - Friday)
What if I cannot locate my package that says it has been delivered?
Check with any party that would have taken the package on your behalf: neighbors, roommates, property manager, or front office. Then search the surrounding property incase the package was placed in a hidden location in order to secure it. If you still are not able to locate your package, contact us to assist you.
What states do you ship to?
We ship anywhere within the continental 48 states.
What is the difference between the membership options?
The main difference between Casual and Enthusiast is the amount of puzzles you get at a time. If you get through puzzles quickly the Enthusiast plan with 5 in a box is your best option. For those that take longer to complete a puzzle, the Casual plan is perfect for you.
For those that are local to the St. Paul, Minnesota area and don't want to wait for a puzzle in the mail, we are happy to meet up and hand deliver your chosen puzzle to you!
What if I want more than 5 puzzles a month?
The Puzzle Enthusiast plan will be the option for you! 5 puzzles come per box and there is no limit on shipments per month.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your membership at any time, provided the puzzles have all been returned. The membership will end at the end of your billing cycle. Please send an email to puzzleshare1@outlook.com to request cancellation.
Are there any fees when I cancel?
No fees for cancellation. There is a $50 charge that will apply if puzzles haven't been returned with the Puzzle Enthusiast subscription.
Are your puzzles missing a piece?
While we strive to have full puzzles. These are reused puzzles, so some pieces may go missing from time to time. (you won't be charged)
What if I lose a piece?
It happens - we are all human and we know that.... so you won't be charged for losing a piece.
What if I find a missing piece after I have already returned the puzzles?
Please contact puzzleshare1@outlook.com to coordinate returning the found piece.
How do you clean your puzzles?
We use an overhead sanitizing light to sanitize all of our puzzles. We also use a vacuum with a filter on the hose to pull out pet hair and other debris.
What if I am not able to return the puzzle or the puzzle gets damaged?
